At We Know Water Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
